1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Minar Media Systems website and all purchases made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to be bound by them. Minar Media Systems operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. Products & authorized distribution
We are an authorized distributor of the brands we list (including OBSBOT, AVMATRIX and FeiyuTech). All products are genuine, sealed and covered by valid manufacturer/local warranty. Product images and specifications are provided by the manufacturers and are for reference; minor variations may occur.
3. Pricing, VAT & payment
- Prices are displayed excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery country.
- Prices are shown in your selected currency; the charged amount may vary slightly with exchange rates and your bank.
- Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment providers. Orders are confirmed once payment is authorised.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order if a genuine error occurred.
4. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order (with full refund) due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping & delivery
Delivery timeframes and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect items on arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours.
6. Returns & warranty
Eligible items may be returned under our Refund & Returns Policy. Manufacturer warranty terms apply to defects; we will help facilitate warranty claims for products bought from us.
7. Acceptable use & intellectual property
You agree not to misuse the website. All content, logos and trademarks remain the property of Minar Media Systems or the respective brand owners and may not be copied without permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.

- Orders supplied from the United Arab Emirates (UAE and all other destinations): Minar Media Systems, Building 8, Al Maktoum Hospital Street, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates — TRN 104991806100003. UAE VAT is charged at 5% on UAE deliveries.
The applicable entity and its tax registration number are shown on your order confirmation and tax invoice.
