1. Shipping Coverage
Minar Media Systems ships across the United Arab Emirates and the Middle East / MENA region, including:
- UAE: All 7 Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain)
- GCC: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman
- MENA: Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Morocco (subject to availability)

2. Free Shipping
- Orders over AED 500 qualify for free standard shipping within the UAE.
- Free shipping applies to standard delivery only, not express or same-day.

4. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted regional and international carriers including Aramex, DHL, FedEx, Emirates Post, and SMSA Express (Saudi Arabia).
5. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Business days are Sunday through Thursday (UAE working week).
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking number once dispatched.
6. Customs & Import Duties
- UAE orders: No customs duties apply.
- GCC/MENA orders: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We declare accurate product values on all shipments.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for UAE orders only.
- COD orders may require phone verification before dispatch.
- Payment is collected at the time of delivery in AED.
8. Large / Heavy Equipment
Oversized broadcast equipment and studio systems have custom shipping arrangements. Contact us for a quote on items over 30kg. White-glove delivery and installation services are available for professional equipment.
9. Damaged in Transit
Inspect all packages upon delivery. Report any shipping damage within 48 hours with photos. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
