As a sports streamer, my setup this year was pretty crazy with 5 cameras and an HDMI switcher with cables everywhere. We ordered the Talent to try to simplify and it delivers. Moving to using NDI for a couple of cameras and 2 wireless HDMI transmitters/receivers, we have eliminated the cables. Also, we went from a powered soundboard for our play-by-play and color commentators to a smaller 2-channel audio interphase which uses USB-C and the Talent pulled it in great. Every thing I plugged into it just works. We don’t lose replay by stepping away from OBS and needing a computer. So, the simplicity of the setup now is really great. I’ll create a before and after video when I get around to it as the table filled with all the gear we used to use as compared to what we have now is really amazing. Hope to add some Tail Airs soon.
The fact that this device is basically it’s own streaming rig was mind-blowing. Have been using it to run my streams while capturing my PC and running through my PC again stream using OBS was an interesting way to set it up while I work on adding all my alerts and so on in the meantime. My only concern was using the NDI to connect my Tail Air wirelessly and the capture was looking very laggy sadly so I’ll have to stick to a wired connection in the future for that. Although that side this product has been perfect and I’m sure is even more than what I need but still love it!!!
Semplicemente fantastico. Pur avendo (al momento) una enorme limitazioni nelle lingue disponibili, Talent risulta estremamente facile e intuitivo da usare. Ci tengo a specificare che chi ha già dimestichezza con programmi di streaming come OBS studio, è molto più facilitato nello scoprire i menù e nei settaggi in generale.
Ho riscontrato un paio di problemi che ci tenevo a comunicare:
1- Non vi è la comoda possibilità di inserire nelle varie scene, una fonte browser senza dover MANUALMENTE inserire tutto il link. Se si potesse trovare una soluzione per il facile “copia e incolla il link” nella fonte browser, sarebbe un passo avanti enorme nella personalizzazione delle varie scene per le proprie live streaming.
2- Avendoci collegato una Elgato Facecam mk2 (non proprio una brutta cam), ho notato un enorme problema nelle live IRL: la totale assenza di un setup, automatico o manuale, le proprietà dell’ottica della cam: esposizione, messa a fuoco e simili. Si possono solo settare risoluzione, FPS e tipologia di video creato.
Spero che queste mie due note possano essere rivisionate e sistemate nel tempo, perchè credo che questo strumento sia la svolta positiva per le live streaming IRL e per quelle situazioni dove non è possibile avere una PC dedicato.

Well done product and amazing functionality for a newly launched product. I only encountered couple minor glitches in the system which I was able to get answers for via the Facebook Talent and Tail Air fourm.
