In short: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure UAE payment providers. Card details are never stored on our servers.
Accepted payment methods
- Visa and Mastercard — credit and debit.
- Apple Pay — one-tap on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
- Google Pay — one-tap on Android and Chrome.
- Bank transfer — available for larger orders and project purchases. Email sales@minarsystems.com and we will issue a proforma invoice with our bank details.
How your payment is processed
Payments are handled by our licensed UAE payment providers, Ziina and Mamo. Your card is charged directly by the provider over an encrypted connection. We receive confirmation that the payment succeeded — we never see or store your full card number, expiry or CVV.
Currency
Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it — AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR and JOD. Your card is charged in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction fee, which is outside our control.
VAT
Prices are displayed excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery country — 5% in the United Arab Emirates and 15% in Saudi Arabia. Your tax invoice states the VAT amount and the registration number of the supplying entity.
When you are charged
Your card is charged when the order is placed. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will contact you and refund in full to the original payment method.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, no funds leave your account. Declines are usually caused by an incorrect card detail, insufficient funds, or your bank blocking an online or international transaction — contacting your bank normally resolves it. If a payment fails repeatedly, email sales@minarsystems.com and we will arrange an alternative.
Refunds
